If your ONGI socks don’t meet expectations under normal use within 12 months of purchase, we’re here to help.
What We Stand Behind
Our guarantee applies to ONGI socks purchased directly from ONGI and worn as intended. All condition will be eligible except:
- Missing/lost
- Cuts, burns, tears, or damage caused by external factors (including pet damage)
- Altered, modified, or customized
- Socks not purchased directly from ONGI website or an authorized retailer
- Request submitted after the 12-month eligibility period
- Missing or incomplete request forms
- Failure to return the product when required for return/replacement
Each request is reviewed thoughtfully and fairly by our customer care team.
How the Guarantee Works
- Submit the 12-MONTHS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE request form
- Return the product for evaluation if requested
- Once received and approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.
Service fees may apply, including shipping or handling costs. Final eligibility determinations are made at ONGI’s discretion.
